Yes, we have a rental period of 3 hours for all party equipment rentals.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to hold your rental reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

Absolutely. Each of our spheres comes equipped with D-Rings, allowing you to secure them to the ground, ceiling, or to each other using zip ties or ropes (not included).

Our spheres are crafted from a high-quality, dual-layered material that ensures durability and reusability. However, this also means they can be quite heavy. For instance, the 2 ft (60 cm) sphere weighs 1.6 kg (3.6 lbs).

We provide delivery and setup services to ensure the spheres are properly installed at your event location. Our team will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient time for delivery and setup.
Yes, our spheres are designed to withstand outdoor conditions. However, we recommend securing them properly and avoiding use in extreme weather conditions to ensure their longevity and safety.
In case of any damage, please notify us immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit. We will assess the situation and provide you with the best possible solution.
